Singletrack is a mountain bike app, a product of tukool.dev ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. Questions: tukool.dev [at] gmail [dot] com.
Mountain biking can cause serious injury or death. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, your equipment and your choices. Singletrack's maps, route guidance, weather and alerts are aids, not guarantees: trail data can be wrong or out of date, and conditions change.
Singletrack can alert the riding partners you choose and text the emergency contacts you add. It is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency responders. Alerts depend on signal, battery, phone settings and other people, and can be delayed or fail. In an emergency, call 911. Do not rely on the app as your only way to get help.
When you add an emergency contact, you confirm that the person knows and agrees to be texted. They can reply STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for using the feature only with people who have agreed, and we may stop texting a number that opts out or is reported as unwanted.
We may change or stop the service, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from alerts that are late, wrong or not delivered, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the last twelve months. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where we are based. We may update them; using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
